Systems Support Technician
Looking for an opportunity to grow and expand on your IT skillset and join a great company? Edge Networks might be for you! We are looking for a smart, motivated and driven person to take on the role of SystemsSupport Technician I here at Edge Networks.
The right candidate will possess a solid understanding of Windows Desktop systems (Windows 7, 10) as well as Macintosh support experience.  A good understanding of networking including wireless and wireless authentication. Certifications in desktop support (Microsoft, CompTia) is strongly preferred. Server experience a plus (Windows, Linux). Understanding of how AD works and is managed is preferred.
Customer service skills a must. You will be front line in addressing and dealing with technical issues related to Laptop and Desktops, wireless, printing, mobile phones, networking, and more. Experience supporting an office staff of 20 or more is desirable.
We are looking for at least 1 year of experience supporting a company or a team of personnel in the everyday challenges that an office will face. You will support Edge Network’s clients in the use of networks and systemsduring the day.
You must be responsible, show up on time, log in your hours as you work, and be a team player. Business casual dress is required.
