The person that will be successful in this role will excel at jumping on the phones and making cold calls, meeting daily and monthly goals, writing sales-focused emails and consistently following set processes. They will have strong communications skills and be quick on their feet.You will also work with the Sales team to support prospecting activities for priority accounts to secure a sufficient flow of additional qualified opportunities.You’re driven, have positive phone presence, and a track record of effective, credible lead follow-up and sales development within an organization.

Requirements:
• Self-starter, who is dynamic and ambitious
• 1+ year of outbound prospecting experience, including phone calls and emails
• A strong communicator, verbally and in writing
• Problem solver, organized, and have strong time management skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and LinkedIn
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and ambiguity
• Technology-savvy and comfortable talking about technology services and process
• Coachable, open to feedback and continually improving your skills and approach
• Enthusiastic about establishing strong relationships
• Commitment to personal and team success
• A keen level of interest in developing a career in technology sales

Responsibilities:
• Meet (exceed) individual Key Performance Indicators based on outbound and inbound call/email volume and qualified opportunity generation
• Aggressively drive outbound lead generation. Set the stage for successful engagements with positivity, rapport, trust and customer-focus
• Love to prospect – You act as the engine of our sales team, revving up and warming up leads to be shared with our sales team
• Work with a strong sense of urgency
• Are naturally and highly curious – you ask thorough and pointed questions, guiding potential clients through needs analysis and discovery sessions to qualify the lead and drive new opportunities
• Are self-motivated, dedicated, and driven to succeed
• Love to meet and exceed goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Qualify high-quality prospects
• Transition opportunities effectively to the sales team
• Maintain deep knowledge of services, industry trends, and competition
